Your complete satisfaction after purchasing from us is guaranteed; if you are not satisfied for any reason, please return it to us and we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase amount, minus the shipping and insurance costs on our end, will be issued to the customer’s original payment. Upon returning your order to us, we generally recommend for you to insure the package at full purchase value.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label from FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and ask you to ship the order back to us in its original packaging. Upon inspection and confirming the error on our part, a full refund of the order including the initial shipping price will be issued to the customer’s original payment. We believe that any issues that occurred before the shipment was delivered to you should entitle you to a full refund including the shipping prices.
We ask that an inquiry for return be made within two weeks after the order was delivered for the order to be eligible for returns. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at (425) 319-1314.
We make our best efforts to identify and disclose our customers of any craftsmanship issues, flaws, defect, imperfections, wear, signs of use, condition, etc. in the product description and through detailed pictures. We want you to buy from us with the same confidence as when you are purchasing a piece in person; however, please keep in mind that these borosilicate glass pieces are handmade works of art, and no pieces will be 100% perfect, flawless, and symmetrical from every angle. If you feel that we have misrepresented the piece or found a discernible issue that we have failed to mention, please notify us and the issue will be resolved to your complete satisfaction.
